Rapid Global HR Services (RGHS) is a division of the 9-year old Rapid Care Healthcare BPO. It is the brainchild of 2 professionals – one an MBA in International Marketing & HR from Boston with multifaceted business experience and the other, a senior HR professional with decades of experience at senior levels with at the Royal Dutch Shell group and other large business groups.

• Understand the clients’ specific requirements and provide the perfect solutions that ideally fit their needs.
• Design the operations for the clients in such a way that they feel our services are an extension of their regular business process.
• Ensure that the clients see and get lasting value in our service. We never try to market or sell our services; just provide the best service, and there are good chances that we are awarded the assignment.
• Always look at long term relationships; once we sign up a client, we ensure that the client stays with us.
• Place clients’ interests ahead of our interests at all times .
